Dr. Sunny Wen went veterinary school at the University of Glasgow on the west coast of Scotland, UK and graduated in 2020. During her curriculum, she traveled to South Africa, Ecuador and Cambodia to work with local shelters and organizations to help with routine animal wellness checks, spay and neuter and community outreach. This led to a love for client education, public health, and working as a team to help better the life of our pets. She also has an interest in exotics and wildlife, and spent a month interning at a wildlife hospital in Florida for migratory birds. Dr. Wen shares her home with 3 black cats, a flock of chickens, a school of tropical fish and and "Pearl", her 15 year old Labrador. On her free time, she likes to play tennis with her friend and family, explore California, garden, and learn about foraging and sustainable and stewardship
